There has been extensive changes to what was previously written. Please look them over. They go into effect on Sunday.

There will be a separate thread started for any questions, concerns, or anything that needs clarified. (If you have something you would like us to consider adding, please send an email to the ST list).

We've been working on these since day one, so I hope you guys like most of what we've done.
