VNC - AST Jason Skufca

During wrap up of our 2/23 game session of UaEM, a Vote of No Confidence (VNC) was called on my AST, Jason Skufca. It was seconded, and will go to vote by ballot at our next session of UaEM on 3/9. Ballots will be passed out during check in, and the results will be tallied and reported during wrap up.
